TURIVA, S.A. (henceforth "Hotel Eurotennis") makes this Web Site available to Users,
on the conditions that Users (henceforth, “Users”) accept this legal notice unreservedly.
Users who do not agree to the stipulations expressed in this legal notice will not
have the right to use the Hotel Eurotennis Web Site.
The purpose of this Web Site is to provide promotional and contact information about
the Hotel Eurotennis to its customers, and to provide them with real-time booking
comparison tools for the rooms available at the Hotel Eurotennis, as well as on-line

or indirectly, contravenes current legislation governing Intellectual Property,
Patents and Brands; any such action and its consequences are the sole responsibility
of the user, and Hotel Eurotennis cannot be held responsible in any way.

that prevents or might prevent our Web Site from working properly, and not to carry
out any action that might entail a disproportionate or unacceptable load on our
